At Wuuff & Meow, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for our customers. Please review the policy below to understand how refunds, cancellations, and taxes are handled.

  1. Modes of Refund

Refunds are processed using one of the following methods:

  • Back to Source:
    The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
  • Bank Account Transfer:
    The refund will be transferred directly to your bank account. For this, we may request details such as the account holder’s name, bank name, branch, account number, and IFSC code.

Refunds are initiated only after the returned item has been picked up by our courier partner and successfully received at our warehouse in the required condition.
The entire process may take 15–20 business days from the date of receipt.

  1. Refund Timeline for Cancellations
  • If the refund is processed to a wallet or store credit, it will be credited immediately.
  • If the refund is processed back to the original payment source or a bank account, it may take 10–15 business days to reflect.
  1. GST on Orders

Applicable taxes, including GST, may vary based on factors such as the delivery location and the price of the products ordered.

  1. GST Refund on Returned Orders

If an order is returned, the GST charged on the product will be refunded.
However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. GST Refund on Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, both the GST and shipping charges will be fully refunded.

  1. Calculation of Refund Amount
  • The refund amount will be equal to the price paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase, after applying discounts, if any.
  • For partial returns, the refund will exclude the value of products that are not returned.
  • If the customer arranges the return shipment independently, courier charges of up to ₹100 may be added to the refund amount upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
  • Wuuff & Meow reserves the right to approve or deny reimbursement of return courier charges.
  1. Eligibility for Full Refund

In the case of a valid return or cancellation, the product price including applicable taxes will be refunded.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the order is cancelled before dispatch.

  1. Eligibility Conditions for Returns & Refunds

To ensure the safety, quality, and hygiene of pet food and supplement products, the following eligibility conditions apply:

8.1 Unopened & Unused Products

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all labels, tags, and outer packaging intact.
  • Such products are eligible for return, refund, or replacement, subject to inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.

8.2 Opened or Used Products

  • Opened, partially used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund, due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
  • This includes products where the seal has been broken, packaging damaged, or contents altered.

8.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unpackaging videos of the product is required for verification.
  • Upon successful verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

8.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition:

  • Opened pet food or supplement products
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless otherwise stated)
  • Free or complimentary products

8.5 Right to Reject Returns

Wuuff & Meow reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the product does not meet the above eligibility criteria or if misuse, damage after delivery, or improper storage is observed.
