  1. Shipping Charges
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
  • There are no hidden or additional charges beyond what is shown at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders shipped via India Post (VPP service), India Post may charge an additional 5% of the invoice value, payable directly to the local post office at the time of delivery.
  1. Delivery Timelines

We understand the excitement of receiving your order! Most orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or via order updates.

Your order is shipped using Shiprocket to ensure doorstep delivery across India.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, Wuuff & Meow ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

  1. Missing Items in Your Shipment

While we follow strict quality checks during packing, if an item is missing:

  • Please first verify whether the missing item is listed on your invoice.
  • If you have been charged for the missing item, contact us immediately via:

Our team will resolve the issue at the earliest.

  1. Non-Delivery of Orders
  • If an item cannot be delivered:
    • For COD orders, you will not be charged for the undelivered item.
    • For prepaid orders, the amount paid for the undelivered item will be refunded.
  • If we are unable to ship the complete order within 10 working days of order placement:
    • The unshipped portion of the order will be cancelled
    • You will be notified via email
    • The refund for the unshipped items will be processed to your original payment method, wallet, or bank account, as applicable
  1. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery.
