At Wuuff & Meow, we work with trusted national courier partners to ensure your pet’s nutrition reaches you safely and on time.
- Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
- There are no hidden or additional charges beyond what is shown at checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders shipped via India Post (VPP service), India Post may charge an additional 5% of the invoice value, payable directly to the local post office at the time of delivery.
- Delivery Timelines
We understand the excitement of receiving your order! Most orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or via order updates.
- Shipping Partners
Your order is shipped using Shiprocket to ensure doorstep delivery across India.
- International Shipping
Currently, Wuuff & Meow ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Missing Items in Your Shipment
While we follow strict quality checks during packing, if an item is missing:
- Please first verify whether the missing item is listed on your invoice.

Our team will resolve the issue at the earliest.
- Non-Delivery of Orders
- If an item cannot be delivered:
- For COD orders, you will not be charged for the undelivered item.
- For prepaid orders, the amount paid for the undelivered item will be refunded.
- If we are unable to ship the complete order within 10 working days of order placement:
- The unshipped portion of the order will be cancelled
- You will be notified via email
- The refund for the unshipped items will be processed to your original payment method, wallet, or bank account, as applicable
- Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery.
